Accent Group is a footwear wholesaler and retailer comprising multiple footwear companies. They currently have 1300+ employees across Australia and New Zealand.

Challenge

Due to rapid expansion, the existing payroll system was not coping with the rising number of employees at Accent Group. The system was crashing weekly, producing errors and provided inadequate reporting functionality.

Solution

Accent Group investigated three payroll systems and were immediately impressed with the ease of use and reporting functionality of HR3 software. Accent Group implemented HR3's core software modules pay, hr and kiosk.

Result

Accent no longer experience onerous payroll challenges and are confident their data is accurate. They can have multiple windows open and do not need to log in and out to view different companies. Month end is now quick and easy. Clicksuper within HR3 is a big time saver.
